These terms apply when you shop on ankalink.com.au. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. About AnkaLink
AnkaLink is an online marketplace operated by AnkaLink (ABN [ABN to be added]). Products are listed and supplied by independent brands and sellers based in Türkiye. AnkaLink runs the website, takes your payment, arranges delivery with UPS and provides customer service in Australia.
2. Prices, GST and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. As the operator of an electronic distribution platform, AnkaLink collects GST on your order and pays it to the Australian Taxation Office. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment provider, Stripe.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your order confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.
4. Delivery
Each brand ships from Türkiye with UPS. Delivery estimates (usually 4 to 7 business days after dispatch) are a guide, not a guarantee. Orders from more than one brand, or larger orders from one brand, may arrive in several parcels, each kept under A$1,000 in value so that no import duty or charge is payable on delivery. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns and refunds
See our Returns and refunds policy. We don’t offer change-of-mind returns. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered by our 30-day fast-track process and by the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Product information
We and our sellers take care to describe products accurately. Colours on screen can vary slightly from the real product. Electrical products sold on AnkaLink must meet Australian safety requirements, and food products must meet Australian import rules.
7. Your account
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or misuse.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and except for rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it is limited to resupplying the goods or refunding what you paid for them.
9. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
